This outdoor wedding at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park is full of gorgeous teal, turquoise and blue accents – including the sky on what was a crystal clear autumn day! Nicole and Jeff, who met as they are both crazy for cycling, got married in an intimate ceremony that included a ring warming, on a ring pillow Nicole made herself. The couple had wanted a serene and natural venue, and found it in this gorgeous space.
The ceremony was accompanied by a guitarist who played mostly songs by The Beatles, as requested by Nicole and Jeff. Nicole wore Alfred Angelo and carried a round bouquet of fire orange calla lilies and roses which not only complemented the teal palette, but the surrounding cliffs of the Red Rock mountains.
Advice from the couple about using a venue like Spring Mountain Ranch:Â If using a park or recreation area, just be sure on all the rules so you don’t have any surprises on the big day. We were lucky and it went smooth. Also, you can’t go wrong with the vendors we used, Peachy Keen Wedding Unions and Taylored Photo Memories.Â
Such a wonderful natural and super scenic ceremony!

The most memorable moment of the day:
Reading our vows to each other. I think we both agreed how personal and meaningful the ceremony was and reading the vows combined with Angie’s words really made us realize just how special of a relationship we have.
More from the bride on the ceremony:
In general, I was the type of bride who didn’t want to be in the spotlight, so we wanted to keep the ceremony as simple as possible. Angie right away told me it would be simple, but structured, and beautiful. And boy, was she right. I really attribute her passion and professionalism to the creating the perfect day for us.
The weather and backdrop were breathtaking, and it was an amazingly calm feeling that i had knowing my partner in life was with me and it was all about us. We also had our most important family and friends present (30 people) which made it even more memorable!Â
No videographer to document this special day? That is really too bad. The couple will regret it.
Sometimes videography isn’t in the couple’s budget. Great photos, though.
Can someone tell me what kind of blue flowers are on the archway? That is the about color blue I am using on my wedding on 4/16/16!
They might be hydrangea, Chelsie, or possibly bougainvillea.
